kiloCal is a calorie and lifestyle application designed to help users estimate calories from food photos, track meals and meals journal entries, and monitor activity progress such as steps, levels, leagues, and goals.

The Service is provided for informational and supportive purposes only. It is not medical advice. Calorie and nutrition estimates are approximate and may vary depending on user input, photo quality, and calculation methods.

4. Account and Security

Certain features may require creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may be offered through a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by the platform provider.

We do not collect or store payment information. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through platform settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App
• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the kiloCal brand, including trademarks, logos, designs, and software, are the exclusive property of the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s place of business (State of Wyoming, USA).
